We have enjoyed a long relationship with the Jambalaya team. Last year we closed a merger/acquisition with direct support from Jambalaya and I cannot overstate the value their team brought us throughout the process. It was our first merger/acquisition and the sheer number of items on the project plan was staggering. They had an outstanding project plan based on their extensive experience in helping advisors through similar transactions. The regular meetings with the Jambalaya team made the process manageable for us and we were able to successfully complete the merger/acquisition within our scheduled timeline. I am certain that without their support the transaction would have taken us at least twice as long as it did, and the stress level would have been exponentially higher. Additionally, I cannot count the number of issues, problems, and roadblocks Jambalaya helped us avoid. Working with the team is one of the best business decisions we ever made.
